Kip Palmer,
Owner/Partner
The company's managing partner and
founder has more than 19 years of
professional services experience as a
business management and information
technology consultant—nine of which at
global technology services firm
PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. During his
career with the firm, Mr. Palmer
achieved level of Managing Director and
led teams of specialized consultants who
drove value
for over 40 Fortune 500 clients.
These client projects ranged from
business process improvement initiatives
to enterprise wide information technology
implementations.
In parallel to his professional
consulting career pursuits, Mr. Palmer
has been avid student of lighting
design, architecture, and the visual
arts.
Mr. Palmer has had immediate family
ties to south Florida since 1988 and returned
multiple times a year from Virginia, Washington DC,
and California since then. He
began investing in Florida in 1999
and as of 2003 now lives
there with his wife Michelle and their two
children Tristan and Devyn.
Mr. Palmer has a
Bachelor of Science in Mathematics along
with
minors in Physics and Computer
Science. He
will have earned the National Council on
Qualifications for the Lighting
Professions (NCQLP)
Lighting Certified (LC) designation in
November of 2008 and The Dupre Group
which he has founded will be a member of
the International Associations of
Lighting Designers (IALD).

Michelle Palmer,
Associate Partner
One of the company's four partners,
Michelle Palmer has responsibility for the
company's post project client services -assisting them with any and all
additional requests or other design needs. She has over 20
years of customer service and graphic arts experience gained
while
working for newspaper organizations, magazine
publications, and merchandise catalogues
throughout California, Colorado, and
Florida.
Adding to her long history of graphic
design experience, Michelle has
successfully completed courses in
fundamental lighting design and
low voltage lighting system implementation
methods.

Patrick Dupre, Associate
Partner
Mr. Dupre is the
Company's "French Connection" and has
responsibility in sourcing the best
exterior light fixtures Europe can
offer--lending to an option of utmost in
exterior style for our most discerning
clients.
Mr. Dupre has over 30
years of sourcing and merchandising
experience while acting as a buyer for
international concerns throughout
Europe, North Africa, and South America.
Mr. Dupre currently
lives with his wife Bernadette and
family in Bordeaux France and travels to
Southwest Florida on a regular basis.

James
Brennan, Associate Partner
Mr. Brennan is the
Company's on staff electrician.
He has over seven years of general and
electrical contractor experience on
projects throughout southwest Florida.
Mr. Brennan has performed complete
electrical wiring work on new homes,
rebuilds, and boat lifts as well
numerous line and low voltage lighting
systems.
In addition, Mr.
Brennan was a United States Marine and
trained as a electronics specialist.
Mr. Brennan is a native
of Southwest Florida where he lives with
his wife and two children. |
